What we collect

From senders: an email address (via Clerk), the answers you write into the intake, and the messages exchanged in your case. Payment info is held by Stripe, not us.

From recipients: only what you write us — your email (because the sender supplied it), your consent choice, and any messages you exchange with the advocate.

What we don't collect

We don't sell or share email addresses. We don't run trackers on the recipient flow. We don't keep your credit card.

Retention

Case data (intake + transcript) is deleted 90 days after the case resolves. Permanent blocks are kept forever — that's the point. You can request earlier deletion via the form below.

Right to deletion

Email hello@mend.love from the address that was used in the case. We'll delete within 30 days. Permanent blocks survive deletion (we keep the email-only row, no other data).

AI processing

Drafting and advocate conversations run on Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic does not train on API traffic.
