What you can use Mend for

Repairing relationships you're already in or recently were in, where the recipient could plausibly want to hear from you. Once. Per case.

What you can't use Mend for

Harassment. Stalking. Contacting someone who has blocked you on Mend (we honor it, we'd notice, we'd refund you and ban the account). Contacting someone subject to a no-contact order. Reaching minors.

No promises about outcomes

Mend is a tool for getting a real conversation started. We don't promise reconciliation or any specific response. Sometimes the answer is "Never contact me again" and we'll deliver that to you intact.

Refunds

Cancel anytime during the 12-hour cooling-off — full refund. If the recipient blocks you before the message sends, full refund. If they don't respond within 14 days, partial refund of $30. After they choose Read, no refunds.
